Core Facilities

Over the last two years, our ACOS/Research & Development (R&D), Dr. Federico Gonzalez-Fernandez has been working towards laboratory research shared core labs within the G. V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center’s R&D division.  These core modules were made possible in part by VA activation start-up funds, NIH grants, and Board approved start-up for Dr. Gonzalez-Fernandez as the new ACOS/R&D.  Currently, we have the following shared core facilities:
